I can’t say enough good things about Celebration Academy Daycare! We had a good experience with our home day care provider previous to the Celebration but we were a little nervous about the education piece so we decided to change it up and we’re so glad we did. They have a great cast of teachers that are so good with my girl. When you have your first child you want everything to be perfect – Celebration Academy Daycare has been that for our family. Adrianna was a little nervous coming from a home day care and didn’t know any kids but the teachers made it seamless for her. All the staff has been so great to work with and my daughter absolutely loves going to school! Every day she talks about what she learned in class or about her (newest!) best friend or about the field trips they have every week in the summer! I would highly recommend Celebration – you won’t regret it!
We love the genuine care that our daughter receives at Celebration Academy Daycare. The staff and the care are consistent which provides her with stability to learn and grow. The new building is beautiful; We would highly recommend Celebration Academy Daycare to anyone looking for excellent childcare.
With so many choices for child care, how do you choose? The answer is simple: Celebration Academy Daycare. We debated on in-home daycare, various centers, and public school programs. That was 5 years ago and looking back, choosing Celebration Academy Daycare was one of the best decisions we made as a young family. Our daughters Noelle and Olivia are now 4 1/2 and 10 and Celebration has helped to shape who they are today.
“Please” and “Thank you” are now regular words in our house and there is no shortage of fun songs about Jesus being sung at nighttime. Teachers and staff here are a wonderful example to the children and they treat you like family – not like a number. The programs are accommodating and they will bend over backwards to do what is best for your child. Our daughters love the activities, field trips, and meals prepared on-site (Thanks Jack!). My husband and I sleep better knowing that in this crazy and mixed-up world our daughters are learning about Jesus and how much He loves them, while still learning their A-B-C’s.
The days are organized well for kids of all ages. The kids get music, art, reading, writing, playground time, Bible time, and much, much more. Making friends has been easy for them and for our one daughter who was shy as a toddler, she is now out of her shell! Celebration Academy Daycare has been a blessing to our girls and our family and we would recommend their care to anyone.
Celebration Academy is not just the place we take our children for childcare, Celebration Academy is our extended family! We have been at Celebration for almost two years and feel like we have an extended family who would do just about anything for our family. We came from wonderful in-home childcare, which we loved, but knew it was time for Campbell to have more structure to her days, and to be around more kids her age. It was a tough transition for Campbell, and even tougher for mom. I can not say enough about the staff who helped both of us make the transition. I remember like it was yesterday: I would not have been able to leave my little girl and go to work if it was not for the wonderful staff! The teacher would take her sobbing from my leg and comfort her as I left. I knew she was in great hands and would be just fine! She was just fine and loves it to this day! All of her teachers have been and are amazing!
Our son William spent his first 16 months in the infant room and the teachers were wonderful as well. I never knew how hard it would be to transition from the infant room teachers, but it was very difficult because they are so amazing. I still keep in touch, and stop by to say "hi" when I can. They are part of our family now, and will always be part of our son's childhood. They helped me go through so many stages with him, and even supported me through some tears. He has now moved into the toddler room and loves every minute of it! I love getting updates from his teachers about the fun things he is doing and how he does - even though he is the youngest in in the room. I am excited for the months ahead with William and his new teachers!
I was recently in a car accident which has limited my ability to care for my family. Our Celebration family has been more supportive than any parent could ever dream - both a personally and professionally. These are the moments I know our my children are being cared for at the most amazing childcare center by the most amazing, precious people! My kids are not just kids at daycare to their teachers. The teachers truly care about and show love to my children and family.
When we moved to Lakeville, MN 5 years ago, our most important priority was finding a caring and safe environment for our daughter, Elizabeth while we were at work. We visited several different places and felt the faith-based atmosphere at Celebration Academy was the best place for her and we could not be happier with our decision. Elizabeth has been attending Celebration for 5 years, beginning in the infant room and now enrolled in the Kindergarten program. We added to our family two years ago, and Xavier began at Celebration when he was twelve weeks old. He is now in the toddler room. We are currently expecting our third child, and feel at ease knowing many of the same infant teachers will eventually be caring for him/her.
The staff at Celebration are caring, patient, and kind. We receive daily updates on the kids' progress and what they are working on at the Academy. The staff provide us with their personal phone numbers and e-mail and encourage us to contact them with any questions or concerns that we may have. Elizabeth often asks us if she can be dropped off at the Academy early so she can spend more time with her friends and teachers. To hear her say that makes us so happy to know that she enjoys her time at the Academy that much. She also is very excited each night to show us the work she completed that day. One of Xavier’s first words was the name of one of his teachers at Celebration and he loves saying the names of his classmates in the infant room. We cannot overstate what a blessing it is to know that our kids are well taken care of and enjoying their day at Celebration. Another great thing about Celebration Academy is the flexibility allowed with scheduling. We work different schedules each week and we have the flexibility to bring the kids on different days from week to week which has been very helpful for us. Overall, we could not be happier with Celebration Academy and have recommended it to several of our friends who have been looking for a place to send their children. It is such a reassuring feeling to be able to drop the kids off in the morning at Celebration and know they will be cared for by such trustworthy and considerate staff.
We often think how fortunate we have been to have such a wonderful place for our daughter to spend time while we are at work. It was apparent the first day we toured Celebration Academy that the philosophy of care, passion for what small children need, combined with warmth was what we were looking for. Our Daughter has been attending Celebration Academy since she was one years old. She is now three and in preschool. The teachers have done a wonderful job teaching her shapes, colors, the alphabet, numbers, spelling and important social and behavior skills. We are sure that her attendance and the consequential interaction she is experiencing so young will help set her up emotionally for future attendance in Elementary School, and really, affect her entire adult life as well. This is invaluable because as parents of an only child it would be impossible for us to provide these things for her. We are amazed how quickly our daughter has come out of her shell. She actually looks forward to attending and being with her “friends.” Most importantly, we are very happy to know that each day we go to work our daughter goes to a place where she is loved and cared for. Keep up the great job and know that your Academy is a safe and exceptional place.
