*Implement curriculum & assess children twice a year

*Create a warm and caring classroom environment that supports each child's growth.

*Encourage positive social interactions.

*Light cleaning duties.

*Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.

*Maintain a professional personal appearance, attitude, and work behavior at all times.

*Display good time management skills.

*Ability to work well independently and lead a team.

*Demonstrate a positive attitude and team spirit

Aides
