I was born in Seattle, Washington and raised in San Jose, California. I moved to Burnsville in 2011. I have been cooking since 1975. My experience includes cooking for eight years in the U.S. Navy, working as a chef for Lockheed Martin Aerospace, for Bon Appetit, and serving as the catering chef for the San Jose Regional Medical Center for 16 years. I have been the chef and kitchen manager for Celebration Academy for two years. I am also a singer/songwriter and am currently working on my second CD. I really enjoy my work at the Academy. I love planning nutritious USDA meals, ordering supplies, and serving tasty meals to the children. It is a pleasure to be working here!
